Privacy Policy

Effective October 2, 2026. This policy describes how SwitchSpines handles information when you browse the site, submit a design or request, contact support, or buy a digital print pack.

Information we handle

• Messages to support@switchspines.com include your email address and whatever you choose to send us.
• Design submissions may include a creator name, link, artwork, design notes, and permission choices. Requests include the game title and optional design direction.
• The generator saves draft settings and purchase-access state in your browser. Artwork stays on your device while you edit. If you deliberately begin checkout, a compressed copy of the frozen design and artwork is stored with the purchase so paid files can be delivered and recovered. Artwork is also sent if you submit a design for review.
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity collect site-usage information through their scripts. Our hosting provider may process technical request information needed to run and protect the site.
• When you purchase, Creem handles checkout and payment information. We do not ask you to enter card details on SwitchSpines. We may receive purchase status and limited order details needed to provide your download and support.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the archive and generator, review submissions, respond to support requests, deliver paid downloads, prevent abuse, and understand how the site is used. Approved community designs may display the creator credit you supplied.

Service providers and storage

The site uses Vercel for hosting, a database provider for requests, submissions, purchase records, and frozen paid-design snapshots, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for usage analytics, and Creem for checkout. These providers may process information in different countries under their own privacy terms. We keep purchase records and their delivery snapshot for as long as needed to provide recovery, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes.

Your choices

You can clear browser-stored drafts through your browser settings. To ask about, correct, or delete information you sent to us, email support@switchspines.com. We may need to keep records where required for payments, fraud prevention, or law.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will show when this page was last revised.
