Terms of Service
Effective October 2, 2026. By using SwitchSpines, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email support@switchspines.com.
What SwitchSpines offers
The public spine archive and watermarked generator previews are free. The optional Custom Spine Print Pack is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks unwatermarked print-ready PNG and PDF files for the design frozen when checkout begins. It includes the five coordinated layouts of that design; a materially different title, palette, artwork, or composition requires a separate pack. The price and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment. There is no physical shipment or subscription.
Your designs and uploads
Use only text and artwork you created or have permission to use. You are responsible for the content you enter or upload. Artwork in the generator is processed in your browser while you edit. If you deliberately begin checkout, a compressed copy of the frozen design and its artwork is stored so the purchased files can be delivered and recovered. Artwork is also sent if you choose to submit a design for community review. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
Use of downloads
Downloads are for your personal, non-commercial printing and display. Please do not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of SwitchSpines designs. Game names may be used to identify the case a spine fits; SwitchSpines is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo or any game publisher.
Payment, delivery, and refunds
Creem processes checkout. After a successful payment is confirmed, the frozen design unlocks in the browser. Keep the Creem receipt and the private SwitchSpines recovery code; either may be needed for support. Do not share the recovery code because it functions as a download key. Our Refund Policy explains when we refund duplicate charges, failed delivery, and other issues. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the site and downloads available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may improve or discontinue features. If a paid file cannot be delivered as described, contact us so we can fix the issue or refund it.
