Refund Policy

Effective October 2, 2026. The Custom Spine Print Pack is a one-time digital download, not a subscription or physical product.

We will refund duplicate charges and purchases where the promised files cannot be delivered and we cannot promptly fix the problem. If you successfully downloaded files that match the description and have no quality issue, we generally do not refund a change of mind. This does not limit rights you have under applicable law.

If a file is defective or the download fails, email support@switchspines.com with the checkout email, approximate purchase date, and what went wrong. Please do not send card details. We aim to respond within three business days and will work with Creem to resolve eligible refunds.
